Mr. Bhojraj has over 34 years of experience in designing both OSD and Sterile Fill projects and developing maintenance plans in the pharmaceutical industry. He oversaw engineering efforts for greenfield site construction, facility remodeling and project upgrades ranging in value from $3.5 million to $64 million, in China, Africa, India and the United States. These projects ranged from Conceptual Design through Detailed Design, including Validation. He focused on developing URS’s, developing and reviewing designs, providing construction assistance, installing equipment, providing startup assistance and validation support.

One of the largest OSD (tablet) facilities in Asia, processing equipment maintenance.wet granulation, tablet compression, coating, blister and strip packaging.

Greensite construction of Goa antibiotics facility, with tablet, capsule, liquid oral and sterile injectable (powder) facility. Oversaw the installation and startup of Bosch sterile filling equipment and utilities, 150 vials / minute.
